For Visa Consultancy services, we provide guidance only. Sindeed Consortium LLC does not guarantee visa approval as final decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or immigration authority.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, software, and digital assets belong to Sindeed Consortium LLC unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of their original materials provided to us.
Final deliverables (software, websites, image editing, etc.) become the client’s property only after full payment is completed.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business data, documents, and project materials. We do not share any sensitive information without permission, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses caused by misuse of our website or services
- Issues arising from third-party tools, software, or platforms
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
