Business Development Executive & Sales Closer

We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Executive to join our Vilnius team.
This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about international business, B2B relations, and sales growth.
Develop and maintain B2B partnerships within Lithuania and across Europe.
Identify and close new business opportunities in consultancy, mobility, and investment sectors.
Coordinate services related to work permits, student visas, and business visas.
Assist clients with banking, documentation, and process follow-up.
Represent the company during meetings, business trips, and corporate events.
Follow management instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
Requirements
- Native Lithuanian speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Lithuanian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
- TRC holders not eligible.
- Experience in B2B sales, client management, or service promotion.
- Knowledge of visa, work permit, or banking processes is highly preferred.
- Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-driven.
